As the author of ReCreate Your Love and host of the reBUILD U Podcast, Kari equips women with practical tools, biblical wisdom, and transformational coaching to overcome life's challenges, heal from past wounds, strengthen their relationships, and step fully into the life God has called them to live.
Drawing from her own journey through divorce, blended family life, entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal healing, Kari understands what it means to rebuild after disappointment and create a life marked by faith, resilience, and purpose. Her experience as a wife, mother of five, grandmother, ministry leader, coach, and entrepreneur gives her a unique ability to connect with women in every season of life.
Through coaching programs, retreats, books, and her podcast, Kari helps women deepen their relationship with God, heal emotionally and spiritually, communicate more effectively, build healthy relationships, and confidently walk in their God-given purpose.
Kari believes that no matter what you've experienced, your story is not over. With God's grace, healing is possible, purpose can be rediscovered, and what has been broken can be rebuilt stronger than before.
