I love God, my husband, 5 children, and grandchildren. As the Matriarch of my family, learning to love and care for my family while living out my purpose to help people heal through Coaching was paramount. I have over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and Life Coaching. I experienced a divorce after 10 years in my first marriage, with 4 children, and I had to figure out how to move forward. I remarried and had to build a new resilience in having a blended family. My pain has driven me to help other women overcome their challenges. My wealth of knowledge as a wife, mom, grandma, career-woman, author, podcaster, and entrepreneur has prepared me to help women create a life they love, while doing it holistically.
